We're two very different personalities. April is Type A to the core, always moving, always managing something. Chris is the one with music on and something good on the stove. Together, we're constantly on the go, socializing, hosting, and chasing the next trip, all while keeping up with three college-aged daughters.

A few years back, we discovered what it actually feels like to slow down. Not just take a break, but really stop. And it changed things for us.

Serenne grew out of that. We wanted to create a place where people could feel what we felt, without the pretense or the price tag that usually comes with it. A place that feels less like a spa and more like somewhere you actually want to be.

What makes it work is our team. Every therapist here brings their own skill, warmth, and way of connecting with people. We're proud of the space they've helped us build, and the care they bring to every single person who walks through the door.
