I came to massage therapy through my own healing. After navigating a significant health condition and a major accident, I experienced firsthand how transformative massage could be and decided to make it my work. I am trained in lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, gua sha, hot bamboo, and prenatal massage, with craniosacral training underway. I have also completed additional coursework in trauma and grief-informed practice, which I incorporate when appropriate. My approach starts with listening, then building a session around the modalities and techniques that will serve each individual client best. Outside the treatment room, I run Breaking Down Walls with Luv, a nonprofit offering holistic support for recovery, addiction, grief, and trauma.
